project architect

minimum 5 years of experience required

we are seeking a project architect to join our team. ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

- a degree from accredited university

- knowledge of building systems and construction detailing

- proficiency in autoCAD and revit

- excellent communication skills

- ability to do independent research and find solutions to new challenges

- experience in creating written specifications

- experience in construction administration

- knowledge of current codes and ordinances

- able to delegate tasks efficiently and maintain project schedules

job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- oversee complete projects from inception through construction

- develop preliminary submittals and respond to comments

- create complete construction documents and specifications

- primary client interface and consultant management

- oversee and manage jurisdictional submittals and approvals nationwide

- manage project budgets and schedules

- oversee bidding and construction phases
